Fathom does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information. This policy explains what the app keeps and where.

What Fathom keeps

Fathom saves the state of your case (where your ships sit and which holes hold pegs) and two settings (case color and whether peg sounds are on). These stay on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. They never leave your device, and deleting the app deletes them.

What Fathom does not do

• No accounts or sign-in
• No analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind
• No network connections: the app works entirely offline
• No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone

The hinge

Fathom reads your iPhone Duo's hinge angle so it can tell when the device stands at about 90 degrees. The angle is used on the device in the moment and is never recorded or sent anywhere.

Children

Fathom collects no information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
